These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AgentAtlas website and services ("Website"), including the Agent Library, Blog, paid product submissions, and sponsorship purchases. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AgentAtlas is a platform that helps you discover agent applications and read our blog on agents and productivity. Browsing the Agent Library and Blog is free. We offer two paid, one-time purchases: a product submission fee to enter our review queue, and a sponsorship purchase for featured placement (top banner and homepage hero) for a fixed 7-day period. Neither is a subscription — there is no recurring billing.

2. User Accounts and Security

When you create an account with AgentAtlas, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Website

You may use the Agent Library and Blog in accordance with these Terms and any usage limits or restrictions we communicate. You may not use our services for any illegal purpose or in a way that harms the Website or other users.

4. Data Processing and Privacy

We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Notice at https://agentatlas.org/privacy-notice. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our data collection and processing practices as described in the Privacy Notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The AgentAtlas service, including the Website, Agent Library, Blog, and all related content and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our explicit permission.

6. Payments

Product submission fees and sponsorship purchases are one-time payments, processed securely by Stripe, subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Sponsorship slots are exclusive and limited — only one sponsorship is active at a time — and payment does not guarantee availability if the slot is claimed first. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at https://agentatlas.org/refund-policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Service Availability and Support

While we strive to maintain availability of our services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may provide support through designated channels; support levels may vary by plan.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if your use poses a security or legal risk to our platform or others.

9. Changes to the Terms
